Is it enough to think affirmations or do I have to spell them out as well?
Question: I’m doing your meditations for a while now, i repeat your words by visualize them as written language in my mind or just repeat them but only mentally. I know that thoughts are energy, but would it be more effective, if I repeat your words in spoken language? Answer: It is the same.
